I suppose it's not technically ours until we have the little keys in our hands (mid-May), but someone actually said yes to our terms!! yay!

The address: 5781 Ribchester CT, San Jose, CA 95123

It's in the same neighborhood as our old apt. (Blossom Valley)
And oddly enough, is the same floor plan as my mom's house. Done by the same builder at about the same time. Luckily the owners remodeled it a bunch, so it's only marginally weird that I'll be raising our kids in a house similar to where I grew up...
